What is Vinyasa?

Vinyasa yoga is an exhilarating, empowering style of yoga meant to get you out of your head and into the present moment. This is achieved by conscious breathing; connecting inhalations and exhalations to specific movements. Fluid, and dance-like in nature, vinyasa builds heat quickly. Some yoga experience is recommended, although not necessary.
